On 23rd September 2006 it will be exactly one year since traditional butchers shop Rightons Of Shipston, in Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire, re-opened its doors under new ownership, marking the transformation of this much loved family business into a highly successful local food emporium, recently hailed by The Independent as one of the UK’s ‘50 Best Food Shops’.
